Isaac Hendricks
STUDIO MANAGER
A local to the Ventura and Santa Barbara area, Isaac attended a technical institute, graduating with a degree in design with an emphasis on construction technology. Having commenced his career in the Construction field as a teenager, he gained an appreciation for design aesthetics and quality construction methods. During the course of his career, Isaac has worked for many notable high-end residential Architecture firms in Santa Barbara and Montecito, including: Berkus Design Studio, Shubin & Donaldson, Studio William Hefner, and Appleton Partners.
Isaac Hendricks founded Element Design Studio in 2018. He believes in forward movement, positive collaboration, attention to detail, and that a strong work ethic contributes to personal and professional success. Nearly two decades of experience in high-end residential architectural design and construction allows him to visualize and design buildings that are viable and effective. His passion lies in finding solutions to challenging design problems and seeing projects through from concept to completion. With each project, he strives to design homes that inspire, nurture, and transform the lives of the families who inhabit them.
