Isaac Hendricks - Studio Manager
A local to the Santa Barbara area, Isaac attended a technical institute, graduating with a degree in design with an emphasis on construction technology. Having commenced his career in the Construction field as a teenager, he gained an appreciation for design aesthetic and quality construction methods. During the course of his career, Isaac has worked for many notable high-end residential Architecture firms in Santa Barbara and Montecito including: Berkus Design Studio, Shubin & Donaldson, Studio William Hefner and Appleton Partners.
Isaac Hendricks founded Element Design Studio in 2018. He believes in forward movement, positive collaboration, attention to detail, and that strong work ethic contributes to personal and professional success. Nearly two decades of experience in high-end residential architectural design and construction allows him to visualize and design buildings that are viable and effective. His passion lies in finding solutions to challenging design problems and seeing projects through from concept to completion. With each project, he strives to design homes that inspire, nurture, and transform the lives of the families who inhabit them.
Lindsay Campbell - Senior Job Captain
Inspired by a lifelong appreciation for Santa Barbara’s iconic architecture, Lindsay earned a Bachelor of Architecture and a Minor in Construction Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. In her academic career and beyond, Lindsay has cultivated a strong foundation in both design theory and practical construction knowledge. Her passion for merging architecture with socially responsible design was recognized in her capstone year, when she received acclaim from the American Institute of Architects Central Coast for her Thesis work designing climate-resilient housing in Nyamata, Rwanda.
Lindsay’s diverse portfolio of experience includes work in high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, and community benefit facilities. Lindsay believes that excellence is in the details, and appreciates the intricacies of the design process. She enjoys working with clients from all backgrounds to help bring their vision to life.
